01 Definitions
- "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" — Mekhala Capital, operating from 159/8 Sathorn Road, Bangkok 10120, Thailand.
- "Website" — the website located at https://mekhalac.club and all pages within it.
- "Services" — the financial education courses and associated materials offered by Mekhala Capital.
- "User", "You", "Your" — any person who visits the Website or enrolls in a Service.
- "Content" — all text, materials, worksheets, notebooks, and recordings produced by or on behalf of Mekhala Capital.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.
02 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our Website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Thai law, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.
03 Service Description
Mekhala Capital provides financial education courses designed for adults aged 40 and above in Thailand. Our current offerings are:
A three-session introduction covering budgeting, saving, and everyday Thai banking. Delivered in small groups with printed materials.
A six-week course exploring saving strategies, fund and deposit options, and planning for foreseeable costs. Includes recorded lessons and a planning notebook.
A ten-week guided programme addressing pensions, healthcare planning, and longer-term financial considerations. Includes a personal planning folder and closing reflection session.
Services are available primarily to residents of Thailand. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion.
04 Enrolment
To enrol in a course you must:
- Submit an enquiry via our contact form or by telephone.
- Receive confirmation of availability from our team.
- Complete payment in Thai Baht (฿) as instructed by our team.
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We will notify you of your confirmed place by email or telephone.
05 User Responsibilities
When using our Website and Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in any form or communication with us.
- Treat other course participants and our team with courtesy and respect.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials outside of personal study use.
- Not use our Website for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
06 Intellectual Property
All Content on our Website and within our courses — including text, worksheets, planning guides, recorded lessons, and visual materials — is the intellectual property of Mekhala Capital unless otherwise indicated.
Upon enrolment you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials for your own personal learning only. You may not reproduce, sell, adapt, or distribute any materials without our prior written permission.
07 Payment & Refund Policy
Payment
All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Payment methods are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Full payment is required to secure your place on a course.
Cancellation by Participant
- More than 14 days before course start: full refund, less a ฿500 administration fee.
- 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund.
- Fewer than 7 days before course start: no refund, but you may transfer to a future date (subject to availability) if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation by Mekhala Capital
If we cancel a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. We will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants.
08 Course Terms
- Course schedules and venues are confirmed by email prior to the first session.
- We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to course content, format, or schedule. We will notify participants of material changes in advance.
- Recorded lessons (where included) are made available for the duration of the programme plus 60 days thereafter.
- Printed materials and planning folders are issued at the start of the relevant programme.
- Attendance at sessions is the participant's responsibility. We do not offer partial refunds for missed sessions.
09 Disclaimers
Educational purpose only. Mekhala Capital provides financial education — not licensed financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Our courses are designed to help you understand general concepts and think more clearly about your own situation. For decisions that may have significant financial consequences, we encourage you to consult a licensed professional.
No specific outcomes. We make no assurances about the financial results that may follow from attending our courses. Individual outcomes depend entirely on personal circumstances and choices.
"As is" basis. Our Website and course materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all information is current or complete at the time you access it.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Mekhala Capital's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our Website or Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

We may suspend or end your access to our Services if you breach these Terms, behave in a manner disruptive to other participants, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, with prior notice where practicable.
You may stop using our Website or withdraw from a course at any time, subject to our refund terms in Section 7. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
13 Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we may seek an informal resolution.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
14 General Provisions
- Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Mekhala Capital regarding our Website and Services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
